Symptoms
While making a connection to AWS service via the proxy getting the following error
Connecting to origin-xxxxxx.hostname.com*****
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
*****Connecting to origin-xxxxx.hostname.com*****
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
hostname.com CA root and intermediate certs were imported into the KSS trust store on the webcenter sites 12 environments.
Proxy configured as follows
Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.hname.com -Dhttps.proxyPort=3128 -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=localhost|127.0.0.1|172.*.*.*|233.0.*.*
