Is It Possible to Generate Same Tuxedo FML Field ID (FLDID) using "mkfldhdr32" Command and "jbld" JOLT Program (Doc ID 2785549.1)

Field table file is used to generate the Tuxedo FML32 field header file, the header file is used by the tuxedo service.

Content of the field table file:

However, generated jrepository file have the field ID for FIELD1 is 1 and the field ID for FIELD2 is 335544322.

Why the field IDs do not match between files generated Header file and jrepository file? Is there any way to generate the same field IDs for those two files?
