WebLogic RDBMS Security Store JMS Notification Issue (Doc ID 2786214.1)

Symptoms

 In a cluster configuration having 2 managed servers, getting below Warning message in the managed server logs, after enabling JMS notifications for RDBMS Security Store as below:

<Warning> <Security> <BEA-000000> <Commit events are not broadcast because no JMS Transport is available. Remote L2 caches will be out of sync.>

  1. Created a JMS Distributed Topic targeting the cluster of Managed Servers 

  2. Set  java.naming.provider.url  to the admin URL ( eg t3://localhost:7001) in the Notification Properties  on the RDBMS Security Store page as per documentation https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/wls/SECMG/rdbms.htm#SECMG348
