Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Prepopulate Adapters Not Populating Their Values on Active Directory (AD) User Form When Provisioning is Done by Access Policy (Doc ID 2786217.1)

Symptoms

The Prepopulate adapters on the Active Directory User Form are not populating the Full Name and Common Name user's form correctly as coded in the adapters when the user is provisioned by an access policy.

The Full Name is populated with the combination of attributes First_Name, Middle_Name and Last_Name while the Common Name is populated with the user's full name.

When the provisioning is manual, the prepopulate adapters populate the attributes as expected.
