Oracle Idemtity Governance (OI) 12c: Existing/Old Users Update in OIM is Not Pushed to Oracle Univeral Directory (OUD) (Doc ID 2786563.1)

Symptoms

OIM Integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and OUD using the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) connector.

When existing users are updated in OIM, those changes are not pushed to OUD.

However if a new user is created in OIM, that gets created in OUD and updates to the newly created users are propagated to OUD.

OIM logs have the below errors:
