Symptoms

wsm-pm application in Failed state after JDBC Driver upgrade
SOA domain servers are coming up but with lot of class not found exceptions. Looks like missing configuration.

Replace the jar files located under the <MIDDLEWARE>/oracle_common/modules/oracle.jdbc directory with the new JDBC 19.10 version
