“ODI-10084: You are not authorized to Edit the Object” Error While Trying to Test ODI Topology Data Server Connection by a Non-SUPERVISOR User (Doc ID 2787069.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) non-Supervisor user having user profiles CONNECT, CONSOLE and OPERATOR cannot test Data Server Topology connection without editing Data Server definition. Testing the data server connection fails with the following error:

 

Patch 32304075 is already applied that contains fix for Bug 29157662 - “Non-Supervsior User cannot test connection from the Data Server editor”
