Symptoms

On the WebLogic (WLS) 12.2.1.3.0 version, while applying the PSU patch, the following error occurs.

Attempting to apply the below patch:

Patch 32755804: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.3.210411

Used the conflict checker to test 32755804 and 31544363 but it returned with no problems.
