Symptoms

Installing Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12.2.1.4.0 with Weblogic (WLS) 14.1.1.0.0.

According to the MOS Certification Tool, OID 12.2.1.4 is compatible with WebLogic 14.1.1.0.0.

But when running the OID installer, it fails prerequisite checks:

INST-07548: The selected distribution does not have any compatible install type for the selected Oracle Home.
INST-07551: Not all dependent featuresets for install type "Collocated Oracle Internet Directory Server (Managed through WebLogic server)" could be found. The following prerequisites were found to be missing:
wls_server - 12.2.1.4.0
Select a different Oracle Home having all dependencies. Check http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?ctx=fmw122140&id=installhome for details about compatible products and install types.
