Enabling Logging is not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2787973.1)

Symptoms

Enable Forms logging by modifying the serverURL in the formsweb.cfg file. For example:


serverURL=/forms/lservlet/session
or
serverURL=/forms/lservlet/debug

This should cause detailed debugging information to be written to the formsapp-diagnostic.log.

However in 12C the additional information is not found in the log file.
