Goal

While converting a mod_plsql application to ORDS deployed in Tomcat, 

How / Where to configure the Alias / ScriptAlias entries from the mod_plsql httpd.conf file which is like :

httpd.conf (Example):

DocumentRoot "/app/SPIRS/WEB_HOME"
Alias /SPIRS/images/ "/app/SPIRS/WEB_HOME/images/"
Alias /work/logs/ "/app/SPIRS/batch/work/logs/"
Alias /work/output/ "/app/SPIRS/batch/work/output/"
ScriptAlias /replay/ "/app/SPIRS/WEB_HOME/"

What is the equivalent of the above in Tomcat (ORDS)?
