Symptoms

Still Able to Access SiteEntry Even Without Required ACLs

When requesting pages that have been assigned an ACL (e.g. via SiteEntry, Template, or SiteCatalog), those pages can be requested through Satellite servlet, without the requesting user having those ACLs.

WHAT IS NOT WORKING:
- Requesting ACL-protected pages via Satellite servlet.

WHAT IS WORKING:
- Requesting through ContentServer servlet works as expected.
