Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate business rules are seen under Types View in the SOA Composer. Duplication is not seen under the Deployments View.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Duplicate business rules should not appear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log on to SOA Composer -> Types View-> Types -> Business Rules
