Symptoms

When upgrading WebCenter Content (WCC) to 12c versions and executing the reconfig.sh (.cmd for Windows) at step J of Doc ID 2315019.1 the installer throws below error:

CFGFWK-64254: Error occurred in "Reading Domain" phase execution
Encountered error: weblogic/management/configuration/SecurityMBean
