In an environment recently upgraded from OIM 188.8.131.52 to OIG 184.108.40.206, Multiple Revoke UD_<> Entitlement Process Tasks are generated while disabling a disconnected application instance.
After removing the role from the user profile, the "Evaluate User Policies" Scheduled Job is run. OIM creates the "Manual Disable Start" task, and invokes the SOA disconnected composite. The Manual Tasks "Disable Application Instance" and "Revoke Entitlement" are generated. When both Manual tasks have completed, the entitlement is removed from the user profile and the application instance is "Disabled." However, a duplicate Revoke Entitlement Manual task is also assigned in the queue.
Environment was recently upgraded from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
