"Unable To Read Configuration File" error after login to contributor UI (Doc ID 2790023.1)

Symptoms

On WCS 12.2.1.4 version:

Request Flow: Load Balancer(HTTPS)--> OHS Server(HTTP) --> WCS Server(HTTP)

- Sometimes, after logout and login, error is displayed in contributor UI with below message. After clearing browser cache , it works.

  

    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


-  sites.log shows below error:

           "Forbidden: Invalid user"


Changes

 OHS Cache is enabled .  

 Example: Below configuration(from httpd.conf file) can be seen on OHS server.
