Symptoms

404 Errors for /sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images Files

We noticed that the images at location -/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/ are missing and result in 404 errors.
Examples-
/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/cancel.gif 404 (Not Found)
/sites/Xcelerate/graphics/en_US/button/content/images/save.gif 404 (Not Found)

Changes

 Upgraded from 11g to 12c
