Search Builder Physical Searches throw error: Invalid Field Name in QueryText (Doc ID 2790127.1)

URM search fails and throws an error while performing search using Search Builder for physical documents in 12c URM

Navigate to Search > Physical to open the Search Builder form

Select a Physical field from the dropdown and add a value to search on.

Note that both custom and non-custom fields will throw the following error
