Failed to Deploy SAML2 Because the JDBC Datasource was Missing (Doc ID 2790178.1)

After configuring SAML2 Web SSO, and restarting WLS Managed Server, the following error occurs and whenever you access saml2 filter 404 error is observed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure SAML2 SSO
2. Restart Managed Server

Due to this issue, users cannot SAML2 SSO


 SAML2 Web SSO is configured for Managed Server, which is part of a cluster.
