FRMCMP.exe Called From Batch File Not Working..when Called Directly in Command Prompt It Works (Doc ID 2790863.1)

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version

Tested the TEST.fmb for compilation and the fmx generation is not successful.

FRMCMP.exe with all the parameters like FORMS_PATH, ORACLE_HOME, PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, FORMS_BUILDER_CLASSPATH set inside a BATCH file, opens and hangs with message :

ORACLE forms generators not stopped working

But when executed directly in command prompt, FRMCMP.exe perfectly works.

This happened only after Microsoft Windows OS update has been done.
