WebLogic Server version 12.2.1.3.0 is being upgraded to 12.2.1.4.0 using the below documentation:

When running the Reconfiguration Wizard (reconfig.sh/reconfig.cmd) the following warning screen is displayed while testing the JDBC Datasources:
CFGFWK-42066: Missing driver class
CAUSE: The driver class listed below was not found in the product installation:
Vendor MS SQLServer Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerXADataSource
A test will not be performed for any database connections using this driver.
Action: Provide driver class
