The Execution of Load Plan Exception Handling Fails with PK_LPI_EXC_LOG Violation (Doc ID 2791484.1)

Symptoms

Several Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agents have been configured to access a same environment (Master and Work Repository), and simultaneously execute a Load Plan.

The Load Plan is implemented with multiple parallel steps, and Exception Handling section.

If one of the Load Plan's parallel steps is terminated, the Exception Handling section is executed, and it fails with the following incorrect / unexpected error:
