Auto Purge Not Working After Applying SOA April 2021 CPU (Doc ID 2791557.1)

Goal

I applied all the WebLogic/SOA CPUs at once on 21-Apr and carefully followed the patch p32656931_122140_Generic post-installation instructions on 28-Apr.

Now auto purge is failing but I don't know why.
