Repeating Warning Messages In Domain log and Capture Managed Server Log "no skin icon exists with key" (Doc ID 2792111.1)

Symptoms

Warning message appears continuosly in the Domain log, as well as the Capture managed server logs.  The logging appears as:

 This causes the log files to grow at a very fast rate consuming disk space.
