WSM-06405 Errors Occurring Under Load in a SOA Domain (Doc ID 2792113.1)

Symptoms

 The following error is occurring intermittently in an environment:

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "<COMPOSITE URI>" successfully due to: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: WSM-06405 : The subject referenced by "ResourcePattern [absolutePortableExpression=<SOA RESOURCE>]" is not registered with the assembly.
oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "<COMPOSITE URI>" successfully due to: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: WSM-06405 : The subject referenced by "ResourcePattern [absolutePortableExpression=<SOA RESOURCE>]" is not registered with the assembly.
