Unable To Connect To Oulook Email Account Using Capture Import Processor (Doc ID 2792574.1)

Symptoms

Unable to connect to an email box from an Import processor job in WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12c.  It is possible to connect to the same mail box from a 11g Capture environment.  Network reachability from the Capture server to the mail box via IP has been verified (both ping & telnet are working fine). Also tried to configure the mail box with the same IP.
