UMS Polling Unable to extract attachment file name from 'Content-Type'

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After successfully polling for email messages through the UMS Adapter, intermittently the file name is not being displayed as the title in the Name field on the Flow Instances page. This started happening after upgrading from 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.4.0. This issue never occurred in 12.2.1.2.0. Nothing changed in the email server. The same configuration is being used in 12.2.1.4.0 as was used in 12.2.1.2.0.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that the Name field should be populated after an email message is successfully processed.
