Symptoms

When trying to view Agent schedule using “View Schedule" option in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) environment, below error is encountered:

At the same time, Agent test is successful in ODI Studio but Managed server log server shows the below error message.
