Symptoms

The OHS was upgraded to OHS 12.2.1.4 on Solaris Sparc after running for a few days, the web site was unreachable and the ohs log shows the following:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Upgrade to 12.2.1.4 
2.  After a few days notice, the repeated messages in ohs log, "Insufficient privileges: AH03139: ap_queue_pop_socket failed"
3.  Web pages are not accessible.
