Symptoms

When using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) tool OdiInvokeWebservices, the text specified within CDATA tags is incompletely written. Instead, it only includes a partial value from the string.

For example, the full xml payload for the "copy" element declared via CDATA should be the entire string:
