Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Self Service/Manage Roles Tile Should Not Load The Roles For Performance Reasons (Doc ID 2794264.1)

Symptoms

The Roles tile is not working as expected in OIG Self Service/Manage page.

The System Property with Property Name of "Disabling Default Search of UI pages" is set to TRUE.
When you click on roles tile, it should not load all the roles into the page but should just open the search page.


Changes

This issue was fixed in OIM 11.1.2.3 and OIG 12.2.1.4.

After an In-Place Upgrade to OIG 12.2.1.3, with the System Property with Property Name of "Disabling Default Search of UI pages" set to TRUE, Role records as displayed but Users, Organizations, and Administration Roles do not display any records.
