Capture Client Profile Blank Page Separator Page Is Not Separating Documents (Doc ID 2794322.1)

Symptoms

The Capture client profile is configured for blank page separation. This has been previously tested with one user, however it is not working with a new user. When multiple documents are scanned in a batch, the blank pages are removed but not separated into different documents.  It shows as one document.
