Symptoms
ORA-00600: [kxttUpdateActiveTTSegsCount] when running query from WLS (JDBC driver issue)
Facing issue after upgrade of WLS from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.
When application is deployed to 12.2.1.3 - it works without problems.
DB version 19.8
XA-Driver and no replay feature.

Shipped with WLS.
