Goal

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version,

Distribute Thread/CPU Usage to Multiple Core


Our SOA Suite is running on top of RHEL with 12 CPU cores, and any composites on it are using default work manager. There's this condition when we check using top command that 1 of our CPU core is used to more than 100% while other is still idle. Is there any tuning/configuration so that the load is distributed to each cores?
