Side Effects in JDeveloper When Applying a One-Off Patch on Top of an ADF Bundle Patch

Purpose
In versions 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0, ADF Development has started delivering fixes in the form of Bundle Patches. These Bundle Patches include multiple fixes that get accumulated through time.
As a reference check <Note 2659387.1> "ADF Bundle Patches for 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0"
Besides this option, customers can, in urgent scenarios, request what is called a "One-Off Patch" for any particular fix, in case they cannot wait for the next Bundle Patch. If this is the case, this Bundle Patch is built on top of the current Bundle Patch.
This note describes the effects of applying one of these One-Off patches in a Development environment.
