Oracle Tuxedo, Version 12.2.2.0.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 066

GWTDOMAIN fails to re-connect to remote unknown domain after outage

In this case customer have a domain name say D1 that imports services from another domain (say D2). S1 uses CONNECTION_POLICY=ON_STARTUP RETRY_INTERVAL=XXMAXRETRY=XX. When D2 is restarted D1 loses its connection. When D2 later  is restarted D1 often fails to re-connect automatically

Ideally D2 domain should automatically reconnect to D1 domain
