SALT Inbound Call Fail with Error GWWS_CAT:1034 (Doc ID 2795872.1)

Symptoms

On  SALT 12.2.2.0 version, SALT webservice fail with the error GWWS_CAT:1034. If  give the char variable a value other than null, the service works successfully.
