Not Able to Connect WebLogic Domain Via SSL from WLST.cmd/sh Script (Doc ID 2796968.1)

Symptoms

When Other Oracle product installed over WebLogic tries to connect to domain via wlst.cmd or wlst.sh script using SSL , they are not able to connect . Scripts fails with following errors.
