Symptoms

When attempting to start the Oracle HTTP Server using the startComponent.sh script, the following error occurs.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute "startComponent.sh <COMPONENT NAME>".
2. The error is seen and OHS fails to start.
