Patch List Is Not Displayed In WLS Console Monitoring Tab (Doc ID 2798169.1)

Symptoms

On WLS 10.3.6, patch list is not displayed on the console under 'Monitoring tab' when server is started via a custom script. When the server is started via custom script as opposed to the Nodemanager or ./startManagedWebLogic.sh, the server version is printed as only 10.3.6.0. Hence the information on the console is not displayed
