PDK Portlet Producer Registration Fails with Error "A system call received a parameter that is not valid. (Read failed)" (Doc ID 2798170.1)

Symptoms

PDK Portlet Producer registration fails with below error message using trying to register using Load Balancer (LBR) url: 


javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: The attempt to register the producer with ID '<PRODUCER_ID>' for connection '<CONNECTION>' failed.
A system call received a parameter that is not valid. (Read failed)

 It works if an individual server url is used instead of the LBR url.
