Duplicate Scheduled Task Definition Found In Task.xml In Upgraded Version After Upgrading OIG From 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2798372.1)

Symptoms

 There are below duplicate scheduled tasks definition in task.xml (MDS/db/task.xml) after upgrading OIG from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.

This issue was not seen after upgrading the OIM from 11.1.2.3 To 12.2.1.3.

This issue is seen only after upgrading from OIG 12.2.1.3 To 12.2.1.4

Changes

 OIG has been upgraded from OIG 12.2.1.3 to OIG 12.2.1.4
