The following document explains how to upgrade a domain that is only running OSB from 12.x to 12.2.1.4.

We will be following some of the steps listed for "Understanding the Oracle Service Bus Standalone Upgrade to 12c".

The existing domain used the following templates to create a 12.2.1.3 domain:

Oracle Service Bus
ODSI XQuery 2004 Components
Oracle Enterprise Manager
Oracle WSM Policy Manager
Oracle JRF
WebLogic Coherence Cluster Extension
Basic Weblogic Server Domain

Used the RCU tool in 12.2.1.3 to create soainfra schema.

Domain: osbonly_domain
One admin server: adminserver
One managed server: osb_server1
Binary Home: /Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home
Domain Home: /Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/osbonly_domain
