Symptoms
Using double byte characters causes garbled characters with WLST on 14.1.1. this issue can't avoid with <Note 2365641.1> and <Note 2701968.1>.
For example, Creating a user using WLST as follows:
- Create user using following commands with WLST.
- Login WLS console.
- Navigate <DOMAIN_NAME> => Security realms => <REALM_NAME> => Users and Groups => Users
- See "Users" table. Garbled characters are found.
