Not Able to Start ManagedServer after T2P - Failing with startWebLogic.sh does not Exist (Doc ID 2799112.1)

Environment is cloned using T2P. When Attempting to start the managed server from Admin Console, it's shows "Failed Not Restartable".

The NodeManager log shows the following error:
