Error Converting Document to TIF Using GhostScript "The output file of the external conversion program does not exist" (Doc ID 2799487.1)

Symptoms

Using Capture 12.2.1.4.0 and configured Document Conversion Processor to convert using GhostScript. When processing a PDF through the job, the following error is returned:
