Symptoms
When using OPENSHIFT Version 4.6.19, Java 15.0.2, and JDBC 18.3.0.0 system with an application that accesses an 18c Oracle database,
under stress tests report the next error during connection:
Message: TNS-04610: No literals left, reached end of NV pair
