Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Customer has a SOA BPEL composite [ProcessBatchPackagePoller] that is polling a database table for new records to process, however after upgrading the domain from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 the Composite/adapter no longer picks up the new records from the database.
