Symptoms

BPEL fails with oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException calling JSON service in OSB

While implementing a SOA service to consume in time a OSB rest service which in time will consume an external rest service is failing with errors "Start of root element expected"

NOTE all variables are automatically created by jdeveloper.
