PMRSVR Crashes When LMDB Mode and Parallel Replicats Are In Use

Symptoms
PMSRVR is configured with LMDB mode and there are Parallel Replicats configured. When PMSRVR is started it abends with
errors
ERROR| Error Beginning transaction, Error (-30783) - MDB_BAD_RLOT: Invalid reuse of reader locktable slot (Thread7)
ERROR| ERROR OGG-01117 Oracle GoldenGate Performance Metrics Server for Oracle: Received signal: Segmentation violation (11). ( Thread 7)
ERROR| The handler method registerd for 'GET /mpoints' caused an exception: OGG-01117 - Received signal: Segmentation violation (11). (Thread 7)
